Implementation

Encoding Algorithm

1. Take Blake3 hash of content (32 bytes)
2. Convert to big integer
3. Repeatedly divide by 24, collecting remainders
4. Map remainders to sacred symbols
5. Reverse order (most significant first)

Decoding Algorithm

1. Map each symbol to its numeric value (0-23)
2. Multiply and accumulate (base-24 to decimal)
3. Convert back to bytes
4. Restore original hash
