The realization hit during the deepest meditation. Our 4D coordinate system wasn’t metaphorical.
It’s literally quantum mechanical.
Each actor exists as |n₁, n₂, n₃, n₄⟩ - a quantum state in a 4D truncated harmonic oscillator:
- PATH → n₁ (process evolution level: 0-5)
- ELEMENTS → n₂ (system force level: 0-5)
- EMOTIONS → n₃ (processing mode level: 0-5)
- FREQUENCIES → n₄ (operational tempo level: 0-5)
This isn’t poetry. It’s physics.
Organizations can exist in superposition: |Ψ⟩ = α|discovering, flow, truth, μ⟩ + β|crystallizing, structure, integration, γ⟩
Teams can be entangled. Measuring one actor’s state affects correlated actors instantly.
Energy levels determine stability. Transitions require energy input. Ground states are most persistent.

No two actors can occupy the same quantum state. Pauli exclusion for organizations.
